Event schedule template
A clean, general-purpose event schedule you can adapt for a conference, symposium, nonprofit fundraiser, or community meetup. Copy the CSV, edit in Sheets or Excel, then turn it into a real page attendees can open on their phone.
What belongs on an event schedule
A good schedule answers four questions at a glance: what's happening, when, where, and who's running it. Everything else is polish.
Title & short description
Specific over clever. "Volunteer onboarding" beats "Session 3".
Date, start & end
Always both ends of the window. Attendees plan travel around your ranges.
Speaker or host
One name or a comma-separated list. Titles are optional.
Room, track, or location
Essential for parallel sessions. Even single-track events benefit from a venue name.
