Common CSV headers

ScheduleWeaver recognizes these column names automatically. You can use CSV, Excel, or Google Sheets exported as CSV.

Formatting tips

  • One session per row. Do not merge cells.
  • Use a header row with the column names above.
  • Keep dates consistent across all rows.
  • For multiple speakers, separate with commas inside one cell.
  • Excel time serials (e.g. 0.375 for 9:00 AM) are handled automatically.

What happens after upload

  1. ScheduleWeaver reads the headers and maps them to session fields.
  2. Rows with missing titles or dates are flagged so you can fix them.
  3. The preview shows your schedule as a polished, shareable event page.
