Full refund within 7 days. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email hello@schedule-weaver.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. We do not ask questions or require you to explain why.
What is covered. The guarantee applies to the $49 single-event purchase and the $200 10-event pack. It does not apply to events that were already published and consumed, or to purchases made more than 7 days ago.
How long refunds take. We process refunds within 2–3 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer.
After 7 days. Purchases are final after the 7-day window. If you are unsure whether ScheduleWeaver fits your event, we encourage you to use the free preview first.
Request a refund
Send a brief email to hello@schedule-weaver.com from the email address you used to purchase. Include your event name or the last four digits of the card used, and we will handle the rest.
