Conference schedule template
A copy-paste-ready conference schedule you can edit in Excel, Google Sheets, or plain Notepad. Structured to import cleanly into ScheduleWeaver so you can share it as a real web page instead of a PDF.
How the template is structured
Every row is one session. The columns cover the fields attendees actually need on the morning of the event.
- Title — Session name shown at the top of each block.
- Date — MM/DD/YYYY or YYYY-MM-DD — pick one and stick with it.
- Start Time — 9:00 AM, 14:30, or an Excel time serial — all handled.
- End Time — Optional but strongly recommended.
- Speaker — Free text. Multiple speakers? Comma-separate in one cell.
- Room — Venue, track, or Zoom link.
- Description — One or two sentences of context.

- Keep session titles short. Long titles wrap awkwardly on phones.
- Use a consistent time format across all rows.
- Include breaks and meals as their own rows.
- For virtual events, put the Zoom link in the Room column.
